Returns & Refunds

You may return any product within 14 days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund.

Return Conditions

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Contact us before sending anything back. We do not accept items returned without prior authorization. Customer service will reply within 24 hours with instructions on where and how to ship your return. Do not return items to the address on the package you received — only to the address our customer service provides.

How Returns Are Processed

For returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are processed approximately within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

• Original shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance are non-refundable.
• For selected Light Up items, a handling & processing restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price is deducted from the refund.
• If you purchased the wrong size, exchange shipping fees and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. Every product page has a size chart — please compare it to your measurements before ordering.

Store Credit

You may choose store credit as your refund method. Store credit never expires, is provided in U.S. Dollars, can only be used online at YourMindYourWorld.com, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Your balance is shown on the My Account page.
