How does it light up?
A high-density fiber-optic front lights up the whole face — glowing and faceless, the entrance nobody forgets.
How do I control the colors?
With the included remote — 7 colors and 4 lighting modes. No app needed.
How long does it glow?
5+ hours on a charge. It’s USB rechargeable, with adjustable straps for a comfortable fit.
How do I know when it’s charged?
It blinks red while charging and stops blinking when it’s fully charged.
What if it rains?
The fabric can get wet — that’s no problem. It’s the battery that has to stay dry: if it rains, switch off, take the battery out, and keep the battery dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It’s backed by the YMYW one-year quality warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronics, wiring, and construction under normal use, plus 14-day returns and exchanges.

This company has the absolute best customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Got this mask 2 days before buku and it wouldn’t properly charge. I got in contact with the owners (super cool people) and once they realized that my mask had a faulty battery they said they would fix it. The next day they expressed shipped me another mask at no cost to me to my Air BnB and it got there just in time to fully charge and fucking rage at buku. Absolutely phenomenal product, customer service, and awesomeness.
