How does it light up?
With woven fiber-optic fabric — a soft, even, all-over shimmer, not a harsh point of light.
How do I control the colors?
With the free app — 16 million colors, 18 dynamic modes, sound-reactive mode, and unlimited saved presets. The battery button simply switches your last saved look on and off; everything else lives in the app.
Can my whole crew match?
Yes — sync up to 7 YMYW pieces from one phone so the whole crew glows in the same colors at once.
How long does it glow?
8+ hours on a single charge — and the battery module is removable, so a spare swaps in seconds and keeps you glowing till sunrise.
How do I know when it’s charged?
A red light stays on next to the charging cable while it’s charging and turns off when the battery is fully charged. It charges in up to 3 hours.
Can I wash it?
Yes — carefully. Remove the electronics and battery first, then hang it, spray inside and out with mild detergent and warm water, wait 15–20 minutes, rinse with a shower head, and hang-dry in the shade. Reconnect only when it’s 100% dry. Never machine wash, tumble dry, wring, or twist, and never fold the fabric against the fiber direction — hard pressure on a perpendicular fold can crease and break the fibers.
What if it rains?
The fabric can get wet — that’s no problem. It’s the battery that has to stay dry: if it rains, switch off, take the battery out, and keep the battery dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It’s backed by the YMYW one-year quality warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronics, wiring, and construction under normal use, plus 14-day returns and exchanges.
Charging: Charging is simple: a red light stays on while it charges, then switches off when fully charged, in about 3 hours.

The first moment i was in love with the hood. I had never seen anything so cool! The mobile app is easy to use and has tons of functions. Just got it in time before halloween. Sadly the power module died on me after 5 mins of testing the functions. I contacted the seller and we talked about what we can do so i can get the hood working for halloween party. The only option was to replace the electrics because halloween party is in a couple days. So i threw blue LEDs powered with mobile power bank in there just to get it work even somehow for the party. Seller was truly sorry and was kind enough to send me another hood! I just picked up my new hood and works without problem! Thank you!
