THIS BUYER IS A SCAM!
Absolutely BY FAR the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Ordered a vest (L) :
1) A few days later I was told that L is actually out of stock – buyer offered XL
2) There was what seemed to be EXACT SAME vest that was for some reason $80 more – buyer said I’d have to pay extra if I want L, so I agreed to XL
3) Buyer gets offended at my very calm/respectful/professional communication and said they don’t want to do business with me at all and will refund.
4) A week or 2 later I receive a WRONG ITEM in size XXL
5) I log in to Etsy and see that they changed their mind – messaged me about it a few days after that last very weird and rude communication mentioned earlier. I inform them of the wrong item and size and asked for a prepaid label.
6) Was refunded $35 less after having to remind
