How does it light up?
Chameleon X is our premium fiber-optic system — the entire piece becomes a moving canvas of color, an immersive whole-body glow. It’s the world’s first and only multicolor fiber-optic technology to this day, and it’s patent-pending.
How do I control the colors?
Through the free app — 16 million colors and 32,000+ presets, with sound-reactive mode so the light pulses to the music. Set your look, save it, and go.
How long does it glow?
It runs on two removable fast-charging battery modules — a top module and a bottom module — for long, all-night wear. Swap in charged modules and keep glowing.
How do I know when it’s charged?
A digital display shows the exact charge percentage while charging, so you always know exactly how much power you have.
Can I wash it?
Yes — carefully. Remove the electronics and battery modules first, then hang the piece, spray it inside and out with mild detergent and warm water, wait 15–20 minutes, rinse with a shower head, and hang-dry in the shade. Reconnect the electronics only when it’s 100% dry. Never machine wash, tumble dry, wring, or twist, and never fold the fabric against the fiber direction — hard pressure on a perpendicular fold can crease and break the fibers.
What if it rains?
The fabric is lightly water-resistant, but the electronics and battery are not. If it rains, switch it off, remove the battery modules, and keep them dry — reconnect once everything is fully dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. It’s backed by the YMYW one-year quality warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronics, wiring, and construction under normal use, plus 14-day returns and exchanges.
