This jacket was fantastic! I wore it to Coachella & was the center of attention. I had so many people come up to me to compliment me on the jacket. Now that I said that the thing better than the jacket was the customer service I received with the jacket. I had a slight issue with one of the batteries when I received the jacket. I emailed the seller and immediately received a response & a phone number to call to resolve the issue with him directly! The seller was amazing in explaining what I needed to do to fix the issue which worked perfectly. He also went above and beyond to make sure my jacket was everything I wanted and was a hit at the event I wanted it for. Oh and did I mention I needed the jacket ASAP and the seller got it to me in literally 2 days, from Miami to Los Angeles. I’ve never seen such amazing service & product
